Electrical Engineering Director - Licensed PE is required
- A Professional Engineer (PE) license as well as a four year electrical engineering degree is required
- Pay is up to $150,000
- Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder
- No remote
- Full-time
- Permanent W-2 employee

- Fitchburg, Wisconsin area
The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate are as follows:
- Hiring, leading, training and motivating a team of electrical engineers
- Determining, scheduling and assigning workload
- Handling issues and correcting problems
- Reviewing engineering designs
- Being responsible for ensuring product quality and functionality
- Budgeting and being responsible for projects being on time and in budget
- Communicating with management and manufacturing as well as a variety of departments as needed
- Determining feasibility
A Professional Engineer (PE) license is required to be considered
A four year electrical engineering degree is required to be considered * Five or more years of experience in a leadership role leading electrical engineers is required to be considered
- A solid understanding of the National Electric Code (NEC)
- A solid work history
- A US citizen or green card holder
- Have a residence within a 45 minute drive
