Absolute Electric is looking for a motivated

Electrical Apprentice

to assist experienced technicians on residential service jobs. This is a hands-on learning role designed for someone with a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a desire to build a long-term career in the electrical trade.

Pay:

$17.00 $20.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

What You'll Do

Assist electricians with residential service work and installations Observe and learn proper techniques, tools, and safety procedures Maintain a clean and organized job site and vehicle Wear floor savers and protect client property during visits Handle tools, materials, and documentation as directed Participate in team meetings, training, and development activities Represent Absolute Electric professionally at all times

What We're Looking For

Positive attitude and eagerness to learn Mechanical aptitude and hands-on interest in the trades Strong communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and behavior Willingness to work hard and take direction Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Physical Requirements

Lift up to 50 lbs regularly and carry equipment 250 feet unassisted Use ladders and hand/power tools safely Work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and tight areas Tolerate dust, debris, and occasional unpleasant smells Stand or work on concrete or uneven surfaces for extended periods Work outdoors in various weather conditions Willingness to work more than 40 hours per week as needed
