Oil Capital Electric is growing, and we are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Apprentice to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Install conduit - EMT, rigid, PVC, etc. Pull wire - feeders, branch and service Install panel boards Site lighting - underground and pole lights Install lighting fixtures and other related devices Work with journeyman as required. Offload trucks and sort materials. Use tools such as hand bonders, hydraulic bonders, wire feeders, tuggers, etc. Install electrical systems in new construction and renovation properties. Adhere to current rules and regulations related to electrical so that systems pass inspection the first time. Maintain a safe, secure and healthy environment by adhering to OCE and client safety standards and practices as well as legal regulations, alerting others regarding potential hazards or concerns.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent. Available and willing to travel to up to 100 miles for work. Must possess knowledge of basic mathematics related to electrical. A valid driver s license and a clean driving record are preferred. * Must have or be able to obtain an electrical apprentice license in the state of Oklahoma.
