who are looking to continue their training with a professional, safety-focused contractor.
We perform primarily
commercial, institutional, and government work

Position Overview
Electrical Apprentices work under the supervision of licensed Journeyman Electricians to install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems. Responsibilities and expectations will vary based on experience level.
Responsibilities (Based on Experience Level)
Assist with installation of electrical systems, including conduit, wiring, devices, and panels
Follow all safety policies, procedures, and jobsite rules
Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
Read and interpret basic drawings and instructions (as experience allows)
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Learn and apply National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements
Support journeyman electricians and foremen with daily tasks
Participate in apprenticeship training and classroom instruction, if enrolled
Apprentice Levels Welcome

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED (preferred)
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass required background checks for certain job sites
Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in indoor and outdoor conditions
Willingness to learn, follow direction, and work as part of a team
Enrollment in or willingness to enroll in a
State of Alaska-approved electrical apprenticeship program
(required for long-term employment)
