This is a hands-on role working directly alongside a
Colorado-licensed Master Electrician
on service calls, remodels, panel upgrades, new construction, and troubleshooting. If you're eager to learn, show up on time, and take pride in clean, professional work, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
Assist licensed electricians with
residential electrical installations, repairs, and upgrades
Help with service work including:
Panel upgrades and replacements
Lighting (interior, exterior, landscape)
Remodels and additions
Troubleshooting and code corrections
Learn to read
basic plans, schematics, and electrical layouts
Safely use hand tools and power tools for wiring, device installs, and rough-in work
Measure and test circuits using tools such as
multimeters and testers
Assist with running wire, installing boxes, devices, and fixtures in compliance with
NEC and local codes
Maintain a
clean, organized, and professional jobsite at all times
Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
What We're Looking For
Electrical apprentice or entry-level experience preferred
, but we're willing to train the right person
Basic familiarity with hand tools and construction environments
Willingness to learn residential electrical systems and best practices
Ability to work efficiently in occupied homes and around homeowners
Strong work ethic, good attitude, and reliability are non-negotiable

Reliable personal vehicle is REQUIRED
You must be able to consistently get yourself to job sites across the Denver Metro area.
Valid driver's license
Ability to lift materials, climb ladders, and perform physical work
Nice to Have (But Not Required)
Previous residential construction or trade experience
Some knowledge of NEC or electrical theory
Experience in framing, drywall, or other trades (just general knowledge as it relates to electrical)

Needle-nose pliers
Diagonal cutters (dikes)

Flathead and Phillips screwdrivers

Note: Specialty tools, power tools, ladders, testing equipment, and large job-specific tools will be provided by Mountain Man Electric.
