Check out our Glassdoor reviews! The Role: As an E-Learning Developer at Sojern, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing online learning at Sojern. This includes translating business needs into E-learning courses to support onboarding & ongoing training using our course authoring tools & learning management software. This role will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand learner needs, translate this into clear learning objectives and build effective e-learning content. You will partner with product marketing, marketing, and sales leaders to support our go-to-market strategies and drive business results. Responsibilities:

  • Supports the development and implementation of E-Learning strategies, plans, and processes for global sales and customer success teams
  • Conducts needs assessments with cross-functional stakeholders to determine training goals, objectives & outcomes
  • Creates interactive online courses to achieve key learning objectives & support business KPIs
  • Develops and maintains online learning courses & paths across roles to ensure teams are provided with effective onboarding & ongoing training support
  • Evaluates training effectiveness post-launch to support business objectives
  • Globally adapts E-Learning to regional needs
  • Project Management for new/existing E-Learning Project Development
  • Comfortable delivering instructor-led training as needed
  • Participates in special projects as required
What you bring to the table:
  • A minimum 3-5 years of E-Learning development experience required with E-Learning development tools including using Articulate 360/Storyline (required) and Camtasia (preferred)
  • Experience creating engaging online training content (e.g. video content, animations, infographics) for sales teams and managing content within a learning management system
  • Experience supporting onboarding & ongoing training across global teams
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to understand learner needs and align on learning objectives
  • Experience facilitating online as well as in-person training sessions preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • 1 \xe2\x80\x93 2 years of project management experience preferred
  • Must have excellent writing skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree required in communication, education, or instructional design preferred
