Our Bussers are essential team members who help create seamless dining experiences. You'll work closely with servers to maintain the rhythm and flow of service, ensuring guests never want for anything.
You're always moving with purpose--refilling water and bread, clearing courses with perfect timing, resetting tables to pristine condition, and keeping workstations organized. Your attention to detail and teamwork ensure service flows beautifully.
Responsibilities:
Serving water, bread, and butter with attentiveness
Clearing plates and utensils between courses
Resetting tables to El Gaucho standards
Assisting servers with hot beverages
Maintaining clean, well-stocked workstations
Contributing to overall guest satisfaction
Requirements
Minimum 6 months restaurant or hospitality experience
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Efficiency in fast-paced environments
Commitment to cleanliness and organization
Positive attitude and passion for service
Interest in learning Tableside service
Compensation: $12.00/hour during training, then $3.35/hour plus tips
