Job Description

Unified Health Technology was built to improve the lives of clinicians and allow them to spend time with their patients instead of charting. With our game changing approach, we are revolutionizing what can be expected from an EMR system. We know our clients depend on us to create processes that operate smoothly and this begins with our onboarding/implementation team. Our Implementation Specialists guide new clients through learning the software system with clear communication, methodical timelines, and by establishing a strong relationship. We're looking for a patient and organized individual who has experience with helping people feel confident using new tools.

As the first point of contact, the Implementation Specialist navigates new clients through the necessary steps of a successful go-live. This role involves a mix of client communication, project coordination between internal teams and clients, and problem-solving.

Please note: Some traveling may be required.

Responsibilities:



-Achieve stated client outcomes through a comprehensive onboarding adjusted to accommodate in-person and remote learners.

-As the primary point of contact for clients during their onboarding process you are coordinating and managing from kickoff to completion.

-Directs clients through setup, training, and configuration of their accounts or systems.

-Coordinate with internal teams to provide smooth handoffs, accurate setup, and timely deliverables.

-Track and communicate onboarding timelines and next steps clearly to clients.

-Monitor usage in early phases to confirm the client is using the system fully and correctly.

-Guide customers through the setup of advanced SaaS workflows and system integrations, sharing best practices that improve adoption and reduce time to value.

-Achieve and document met critical milestone requirements from clients.

-Identify, communicate, any known issues to the internal team, collaborating cross-functionally and escalating when necessary.

-Manage all client onboarding activities meticulously documenting items and client interactions.

-Establish and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients while building confidence in the Unified Health Technology system.

-Collect and correlate user onboarding feedback, relaying valuable insights to internal product and customer success teams for continued product improvement.

-All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:



-Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, communications, or a related field.

-1-3 years of experience in onboarding/implementation, customer success, or account management.

-Strong organizational skills while being self-directed.

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in all interactions.

-Comfortable working with technology and explaining software usage to non-technical users.

-Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or similar platforms is a plus.

-Ability to take customer suggestions or insights concisely and convey to Product & Support teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
