The Role

We\'re looking for a passionate, ambitious, and empathetic hustler to join us as an Education Strategist within the Family Empowerment pillar. You\'ll work closely with the founding team, create unparalleled processes to bring care to families, and help take Wellspring from 1-100.

In this role, you will:

• Create, own and run the health education training programs. You\'ll set the groundwork for our different training programs, building out the curriculums, defining instruction methodologies, navigating licensing processes, and launching them to our different audiences across the country.
• Manage training operations and improvements. You\'ll be responsible for continuously adapting, improving and building on existing training programs with the goal of offering best-in-class medical training to our families.
• Craft foundational operations processes. You\'ll help take our Family Empowerment operations team to new heights through improving training processes and constructing growth, licensing, and continuous education diversification playbooks.
• Partner with technology, clinical, and product teams across Wellspring. You\'ll be a critical voice for collaboration among initiatives to further our mission.

The Requirements

We index more on your experience and hustle..

• At least 1-4 years of operational or education experience in a professional business role. This can mean (but is not limited to) you have work experience in any of the following areas:
  • Content creator
  • Teacher or Instructor
  • Content lead
  • Investment banking, private equity, or management consulting
• Excellent project management and process execution skills. You know how to handle complex and cross-functional initiatives, set goals, optimize workflows, and think through frameworks.
• Experience in business analytics and performance measurement (or willing to learn). You\'ve used a myriad of tools spanning from spreadsheets to dashboards, CRM tools, among others.
• You have done something most people haven\'t. From ex-Juilliard musicians to international-ranked champions, anyone with an untraditional background is welcome.
• Empathy, an entrepreneurial spirit, intellectual horsepower, and unbounded curiosity.
• Experience in healthcare education a plus.
