Job Description

Key Role: Design, implement, and evaluate an organization\'s learning courses and programs. Develop in-residence, distance learning, and blended learning courses based on clients\' needs. Apply specific functional, working, and general industry knowledge. Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance and review or guide activities of more junior employees. Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with educational development software tools
• Ability to receive storyboards and create engaging course content to meet clients\' preferred learning objectives
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
• Bachelor\'s degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with Storyline, Captivate, or SoftChalk
• Knowledge of Learning Management Solutions
• Ability to facilitate the deployment of courses on the learning management system

• Ability to develop methods to collect, track, analyze, and report student performance data in courses offered

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual\xe2\x80\x99s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $49,900.00 to $102,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen\xe2\x80\x99s total compensation package for employees. Work Model
