ED Tech

We are looking for an ED Tech that will assists with basic patient care based on individual patient needs within the scope of practice under direct supervision of the registered nurse. Maintains environment that is prepared for patient care.

Qualifications

High School graduate or equivalent.
One (1) year experience in acute hospital setting or with ambulance service preferred.
Current BLS Certification.
Current EMT-1 or EMT-P Certification (For ED Tech 2) or CNA certification
Basic arrhythmia course (may obtain within six [6] months of hire).
Medical terminology preferred

Proof of Intravenous Skills through EMT I/P program with validation of skills upon hire prior to performing without supervision
