to support our growing network of B2B e-commerce dealers. This role focuses on order processing, listing accuracy, and dealer support, ensuring that MRCOOL products are represented accurately and orders flow efficiently from purchase to fulfillment.
This position is operational in nature and plays a critical role in supporting sales growth by reducing friction, improving accuracy, and maintaining consistency across e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
E-commerce Order Processing
? Process inbound purchase orders from approved B2B e-commerce partners. Including being a back up for Box Store order downloads.
? Review orders for accuracy, including SKUs, pricing, freight method, and ship-to details.
? Enter and validate orders in MRCOOL's internal systems.
? Coordinate with sales, logistics, and finance teams to resolve discrepancies prior to order release.
? Monitor order status through fulfillment and shipment confirmation.
Website & Listing Accuracy Management
? Review e-commerce dealer websites to ensure accurate representation of MRCOOL products.
? Identify and document inaccuracies or outdated content.
? Coordinate corrections with dealers and internal teams as needed.
? Perform recurring audits to maintain ongoing accuracy and compliance.
Dealer Onboarding & Product Upload Support
? Assist e-commerce dealers with initial product setup and uploads.
? Track dealer progress from onboarding through full product go-live.
? Maintain internal tracking of:
Products live vs. pending
Outstanding corrections
Dealer readiness status
? Serve as a point of contact for dealers during onboarding and content updates.
MAP & Channel Compliance Support
? Monitor dealer listings for pricing and policy compliance.
? Flag potential issues for internal review and follow-up.
? Maintain documentation of recurring issues or trends.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent work experience in business, e-commerce, sales operations, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in an operations, e-commerce, order management, or sales support role.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify inaccuracies in product data, pricing, and listings.
Experience processing orders, purchase orders, or working within ERP/order management systems.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Clear written and verbal communication skills for internal collaboration and dealer support.
Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, logistics, and finance teams.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment with recurring deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting B2B e-commerce platforms or online marketplaces.
Familiarity with product listing management, SKU structures, and catalog accuracy.
Understanding of MAP policies and channel compliance standards.
Experience reviewing or maintaining product content, specifications, and images.
Prior exposure to dealer or partner onboarding processes.
Basic understanding of freight methods, shipping terms, or order fulfillment workflows.
Experience in HVAC, manufacturing, or consumer durable goods industries is a plus.
