What you will be doing:

As the Ecommerce Manager at Drybar.com, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating and optimizing the digital shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will span a variety of crucial areas, inclusive of the day-to-day operations of web campaign execution, site merchandising, data-driven user experience optimization, blog management, and social commerce store oversight.

This role partners closely with many cross-functional teams, (Product Development, Brand Marketing, Creative Services, Social Media and PR teams as well as the EMEA Ecommerce team) making the ability to collaborate efficiently a vital skill. In essence, as the Ecommerce Manager at Drybar.com, you are at the forefront of delivering a captivating online shopping journey by marrying creativity with data-driven insights to elevate the brand\'s digital presence.

Take charge of the end-to-end process of campaign set-up, ensuring flawless execution of promotions and product launches. Collaborating with the Sr Ecommerce Manager and cross-functional teams, you meticulously coordinate content, copy, and video elements to guarantee the delivery of compelling and appropriately sized assets.

Using platform analytics, you fine-tune product selection to improve engagement and boost conversion rates.

In collaboration with the broader Ecommerce and Marketing teams, you implement page optimization plans derived from insightful reporting.

As the go-to authority for on-site user experience and direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales funnel, you compile and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports. Working closely with internal teams and agency partners, you ensure that the business is well-informed and equipped to make data-driven decisions.

Handle and update the blog, being responsible for the editorial calendar in collaboration with education and marketing teams. Working with external copywriters and SEO experts, to drive increased blog traffic and engagement while regularly reporting on content key performance indicators.

Manage social stores, particularly on platforms like TikTok. Working closely with the social team, handle these platforms as mini-sites, ensuring a cohesive brand experience and driving sales through strategic social commerce initiatives.

In close collaboration with the EMEA team, ensure global consistency across key campaigns, content localization and assets.

Skills needed to be successful in this role:

Flexible and adaptable to change.

Demonstrated experience and passion for eCommerce / digital retail.

Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects at once.

Self-motivated with a track record showing a \xe2\x80\x9ccan-do\xe2\x80\x9d demeanor and a passion for your work.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or relevant in-role experience and on-the-job education.

5+ years of experience in ecommerce manager or comparable roles.

Experience working with ecommerce platforms (like Magento, Shopify, or Demandware).

Experience working with marketing platforms, including web analytics, tag management, A/B testing, etc.

Presentation, copy writing, oral and written communication skills.

Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with privileged information, work well with others and handle a fast-paced environment.

This role may grow to include managing one direct report. Previous experience mentoring or managing encouraged.

Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of digital marketing and proven interest in the technology landscape.
