About the Opportunity:

We are seeking reliable and motivated

independent contractors

with

Cargo Vans

to complete e-commerce delivery routes originating from Carteret, NJ. This position involves picking up packages from the warehouse and delivering them to customers in designated service areas.
Our routes are consistent and volume is expected to increase during the peak season, so having a backup vehicle is recommended.

Responsibilities:

Load packages at the warehouse (self-load before 9AM; assistance available after 9AM) Safely transport and deliver packages to residential and business addresses Follow assigned delivery routes efficiently Communicate with dispatch team through Lark (main communication platform) Ensure packages are handled with care and delivered accurately

Requirements:

Cargo Van required

(backup vehicle recommended for peak season) Valid driver's license and clean driving record Must pass

MVR check, standard background check, and drug screening

Ability to lift packages (up to 70 lbs) with the use of a dolly if needed Smartphone with GPS and data plan Dependable, professional, and customer-service oriented

Schedule:

Monday to Sunday

(7 days a week operation) Drivers may hold packages and combine deliveries on low-volume days Early morning load times available before 9AM
