Job Summary
We are seeking reliable, motivated, high-energy individuals that are owner-operators of cargo vans/sprinter vans to join our team as independent contractor delivery drivers. As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for picking up packages at our warehouse and delivering them to residential homes and businesses throughout the Atlanta area (GA), while ensuring timely and safe deliveries.
Schedule: 6 days a week. Load pickup time is 7PM nightly for next day delivery.
Average delivery routes take 4-8 hours to complete, depending on route complexity and package volume.

Duties and Responsibilities
Navigate and drive safely throughout your assigned delivery area.
Use provided app for routing information and customer delivery details.
Plan and follow efficient routes to maximize delivery efficiency.
Sort, organize, and load packages for your assigned delivery area.
Secure freight to prevent shifting and damage.
Maintain accurate records of all scanned packages, completed deliveries, and any discrepancies.
Communicate with All In Couriers team via text message regarding schedules, updates, and company information.
Provide friendly, professional customer service during all deliveries.
Qualifications / Driver Requirements
Must have your own RELIABLE cargo van/sprinter van WITH dolly.
Minimum cargo space dimensions are 96x48x44 inches (L x W x H).
Clean driving record.
No DUI, Criminal records, or Reckless Driving points.
No stickers/logos on the van.
Clean and tidy vans - no debris, spots, dents, etc.
Valid driver's license and car insurance
Experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role preferred but not required
Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions
Able to get in and out of vehicle and manage surrounding environment to deliver packages to doors
Physical ability to handle packages; Must be able to lift up to 100lbs. Some loading and unloading will be required.
Ability to step in and out of vehicles, walk at a fast pace, squat, kneel, and/or crouch for short periods of time
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Must have a smartphone
Familiarity with route driving and navigation apps
Ability to navigate using GPS systems or maps for efficient route planning
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
Ability to Commute

Contractors are responsible for their own vehicle expenses including gas, maintenance, and insurance.
Brief orientation provided to familiarize you with our systems and procedures.
