Job Description

Overview:

Performs general non-climbing construction of cellular sites to include, but not limited to: site preparation, excavation, access road/compound (grading, gravel, fencing, etc.), foundations, electrical/telco facilities, steel assembly, base station, dc power plants, basic electrical wiring), testing and integration, cell operations maintenance/repair; operates equipment to include trucks with trailers, power tools, and non-powered tools. On the road travel required Monday - Friday.

Primary Responsibilities:

Assist construction site workers in erecting structures and demolition. Unload and load construction materials. Distribute materials. Erect concrete forms and scaffolding. Drill and blast into earth and rock. Mix and Pour concrete and asphalt. Level concrete and earth using trowels and shovels. Remove debris. Clean up spills and remove hazardous materials. Assist heavy equipment operators to secure special attachments to equipment. Signal operators to guide them in moving equipment and provide assistance. Oil and grease hoists. Operate pneumatic hammers, vibrators and tampers. Assist in verifying that all materials for the project are taken to the job site.
Review the scope of work and construction drawings with the Crew Leader.

Verify that all tools, equipment and stocked supplies on your truck & trailer are available and in working order.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
