Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled individual to join our team as an Earthwork Foreman
Duties
Be familiar with multiple pieces of eath moving equipment Be able to operate dozer with GPS equipment Be able to organize a crew of up to 8 operators Supervise daily maintenace of equipment
Experience
Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in managing large-scale projects involving heavy civil work. Extensive hands-on construction site experience. Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Supervising experience leading diverse team of operators while ensuring safety compliance per OSHA regulations.
Strong understanding of quality control procedures, and construction site safety protocols. Join us as an individual to bring your expertise in construction management to life! Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 55 per week
