We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team in the 2-Year-Old Classroom. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the development of toddlers through engaging activities and individualized attention.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that promotes literacy, math, and physical education. Create lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of toddlers, incorporating special education strategies as necessary. Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a positive learning atmosphere. Foster children's social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning. Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and well-being. Collaborate with other educators to create a cohesive educational experience. Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly. Ensure compliance with childcare regulations and uphold child welfare standards.

Qualifications

Experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or private school setting is essential. Knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management techniques. Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management strategies. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues. Experience in early intervention practices is a plus. Background in Montessori methods or other educational philosophies is beneficial. Ability to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all students.
