Maintaining operation standards set by Dunkin' Brands & Jaton Mgmt Co., LLC Be people-focused and provide high-quality guest and workforce satisfaction Hire, train, and retain a motivated, successful workforce Supervise and communicate ideas and expectations clearly Possess strong organizational skills Understanding of proper budgeting and cost control practices Ability to build profitable top-line sales
Previous experiences in retail and at brands like Shake Shack, Chipotle and Panera Bread are an asset!

REQUIREMENTS

Friendly and upbeat personality Team player with a desire to learn Experience managing a food establishment preferred but not required Understanding of food safety systems, ServSafe certification is a plus


Since 1989 the Pino Network (Jaton Mgmt Co., LLC) focuses on developing and promoting people from within, which has proven instrumental to our success. Currently, we operate 17 Dunkin' restaurants throughout Massachusetts. The majority of our Store Management and Upper Management we have promoted from within.
