Directs and supports IDD individuals with daily living personal assistance such as eating, grooming, bathing, dressing, medication administration, etc;
Preparing individuals for Day Support and other Community Outings
Medication Administration
Assists with meal planning, preparation for community integration and house keeping;
Assists with mobility as needed;
Crisis Intervention
Ensure the health, safety and well being of each individual;
Provide a Person Centered Approach to each individual;
Write all documentation in an accurate manner including, but not limited to, medication logs, progress notes, time sheets, incident reports.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
