Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. This role involves route driving, transporting passengers, loading and unloading materials, and ensuring timely deliveries. A strong commitment to safety and adherence to traffic regulations is essential.

Duties

Operate a vehicle to transport goods to designated locations. Great customer service. Load and unload items using appropriate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts. Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage and fuel consumption. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety compliance. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients during deliveries. Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including inventory management and organization.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a van driver or in commercial driving is preferred. Familiarity with moving and warehouse operations is a plus. Ability to operate a pallet jack and forklift safely (certification may be required). Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the day. Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
