Touchmark in the West Hills is Portland, OR's leading full-service retirement community, enriching the lives of residents and their families through five-star hospitality, services and amenities. We are currently seeking the right person to join our team as a full-time Driver.

As a Driver, you will enrich lives each day by transporting active, dynamic residents to appointments, shopping trips, lunches, and other outings in our van or bus. Your courteous and good-natured personality will add an extra aspect of enjoyment to resident excursions, giving you the daily opportunity to be a positive presence in the lives of residents.

The ideal candidate will:

Have a commitment to Touchmark's values (excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion), as well as a desire to model these values and to encourage others to be allies, friends and givers Possess a high school diploma or equivalent Have a valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with passenger endorsement, and be able to provide an annual DMV driving record with favorable results Enjoy working with seniors, being part of a Life Enrichment team, and promoting a full, energetic lifestyle Be able to read, write, and speak English Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors
