Job Description
Driver - Kake Senior Center
Southeast Senior Services in Kake is seeking a Driver for the Kake Senior Center. Drivers provide transportation to seniors and persons with disabilities. Job duties include assisting passengers in and out of vehicles, providing door to door assistance, delivering meals to homebound seniors, maintaining safety and cleanliness of vehicle, recording rides, mileage, and transportation records, and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Must be 21 years of age Have an Alaska driver's license and a good driving record for the past 18 months with no DUI or reckless driving for the past three years. Experience working with senior citizens and/or persons with disabilities is preferred. Experience with routine vehicle maintenance is desirable. Background check required.
This position is Part Time, 20 hours/week. Starting wage $17/hour.
