Duties

Safely operate box trucks vehicle to deliver products to customers and clients. Load and unload appliances using manual handling techniques, hand truck or other equipment as needed. Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity while ensuring timely arrivals. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients, addressing inquiries professionally, and ensuring a positive delivery experience. Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after trips to ensure safety standards are met; report any issues promptly. Maintain accurate delivery documentation, logs, and reports for each trip. Support team efforts by helping with heavy lifting or moving items within the warehouse or delivery sites as required. Follow all safety protocols including proper use of equipment adhering to traffic laws and company policies.

Skills

Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier with a strong focus on route driving and customer service excellence. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating box trucks or similar commercial vehicles preferred. Ability to handle heavy lifting and moving tasks safely Warehouse experience including load & unload procedures Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers, team members, and dispatch personnel. Strong organizational skills for route planning, time management, and documentation accuracy. Knowledge of safety procedures related to heavy lifting, vehicle operation, and warehouse environments.
