Pay Type:

Starting at up to $16/hr, depending on availability and position



High School $8.50-$12 per hour

18+ up to $14 per hour

Full Time and Open Availability up to $16 per hour

Position Type:

Full-Time (Mon-Sat availability / 5 day work week / 35+ hour min) 5:30am-2:00pm 2:00pm-End of day clean up

Requirements/Responsibilities

Must be available to work Saturdays Must be comfortable working outside, if needed Must be comfortable using a cash register and iPad Must be comfortable training and working in various parts of the Front of House Ability to multitask Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic Positive attitude Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members Customer Service-Oriented

Responsibilities:

Positive and serving attitude with a warm personality Use our CORE 4 model to serve drive thru guests: eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, stay connected Greeting and serving guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality Operating the POS at the drive thru Look for opportunities to stock or clean when not serving a customer Taking orders with speed and accuracy at the drive thru Learn all positions, including headset, monitor or bagging, and window Checking for product quality and consistency Assist leadership in executing opening or closing procedures Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A corporate Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
