Wombat Bagels is a new, locally owned bagel and coffee shop committed to craftsmanship, great service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We hand-roll and bake our bagels fresh daily, use high-quality ingredients, and care about creating a memorable customer experience.

We are looking for a friendly and dependable team member to join us as a

Drive-Thru & Front Counter Specialist.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a small but growing team.

What You'll Do

Greet customers with warmth and professionalism--both in person and through the drive-thru headset Take accurate orders and operate the POS system Package orders and ensure accuracy before handing them off Assist with drink preparation Keep the front-of-house clean, organized, and stocked Support teammates with basic prep, restocking, and workflow needs Follow all food safety and sanitation standards

What We're Looking For

Friendly, calm, and customer-focused communication style Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy service Dependable and punctual Comfortable on a headset and taking drive-thru orders Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs Previous cafe, fast-casual, or customer-service experience is

preferred but not required

Schedule

Part-time:

8-24 hours per week

Morning availability required Tuesday-Thursday
