Location:

We are hiring for both our Fishtown and South Philadelphia locations

Position: Dog Daycare Attendant

Responsibilities:

Supervise and ensure the safety of all dogs during daycare activities. Engage with dogs through play and structured activities to promote a positive experience. Maintain a clean and sanitary environment throughout the facility. Monitor dog behavior and manage group play dynamics effectively. All staff must adhere to our ethical and professional handling standards. Communicate with pet owners to provide updates on their pets. Assist with grooming and feeding as needed.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in pet care or handling dogs is preferred but not required. Must have a genuine love for dogs and the ability to work well in a team. Excellent communication and observational skills.
Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Schedule:

We are currently hiring for both part-time and full-time candidates. The schedules for both would include mornings, evenings and occasional weekends.

Compensation:

$15-$17 per hour, based on experience. Paid training. We work as a team, and all of us follow the same dog handling protocols. Weekly pay and pooled gratuity are paid as a quarterly bonus. Performance reviews and bonuses.
