Job Summary and Qualifications: Divisor Marketing and Communications Specialist

As the Marketing and Communications Specialist you will assist in developing and executing all marketing and communications efforts for the Division\xe2\x80\x99s employed physician practices. In coordination with the Division AVP / Director, Marketing, Division Practice Operations Teams, Division and Hospital Marketing leadership, the Marketing and Communications Specialist will manage and support all activities related to physician onboarding and online marketing for physicians within the network. You will also assist in developing and executing internal communications for the Division\xe2\x80\x99s employed physician practices.

Major Responsibilities:
  • Manage the physician on-boarding and off-boarding process:
  • New providers are fully on-boarded within 30 days of start.
  • Departing providers are off-boarded in accordance with requirements for patient notification.
  • Create new physician collateral materials for promotional use by provider relation team and update related service line collaterals.
  • Assist in developing and implementing internal and external communications plans for our employed physician practices
  • Support practice managers on patient experience survey set up and reporting.
  • Work collaboratively with physician practice managers to monitor and respond to online reviews and support reputation management activities.
  • Ensure consumer-facing information for employed practices and providers is captured accurately, governed and flows from appropriate source(s) of truth to public platforms (websites, online listings, etc.).
  • Serve as a key point of contact supporting service offerings for physician referral and appointment services as part of NCCM (National Contact Center Management).
Qualifications:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree required

1+ years in relevant role required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

\xc2\xb7 Healthcare marketing or communications experience preferred

\xc2\xb7 Effective management and communication skills; both orally and written

\xc2\xb7 Ability to effectively present information to top management and public groups

\xc2\xb7 Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions

\xc2\xb7 Detail-oriented

\xc2\xb7 Experience developing and proofreading consumer-facing content

\xc2\xb7 Familiarity with healthcare specialties, procedures and conditions not required, but preferred

\xc2\xb7 Strong technical skills and experience with Microsoft Office Excel and other data management tools

\xc2\xb7 Strong interpersonal skills working with diverse teams and stakeholders

\xc2\xb7 Ability to prioritize multiple activities and tasks simultaneously

\xc2\xb7 Strong problem and issue resolution experience

\xc2\xb7 Collaborative and customer-service focused attitude
