Job Summary

We are looking for highly motivated and dedicated candidates with excellent customer service skills. Candidates must possess a strong ability to organize and accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously. They must also demonstrate efficient performance during intense and stressful situations.

This position serves as the daily connection between the company, the drivers, clients and medical facility personnel. Our Dispatcher is responsible for dispatching a high volume of transport requests for clients. The successful candidate will ensure timely and efficient delivery of services to clients.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and dispatch non-emergency medical transportation services for wheelchair, ambulatory and transfer chairs services Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ensure timely and efficient delivery of services to clients Monitor and track transportation requests and schedules Communicate with drivers and clients to ensure smooth operations Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Liaison between clients and patients Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, vehicle logs, and delivery statuses

Qualifications

Must demonstrate excellent telecommunication skills, including voice control, enunciation, diction and calming techniques. Good driving and background check Ability to work in a fast pace changing environment Experience in dispatching, transportation management, or logistics roles is a plus Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
