Job Description

We are looking for a reliable

Dispatcher

to act as a communication point for non-emergency transporation call center You will receive requests, transmit messages and track vehicles.

The

dispatcher's job

is to schedule drivers for daily pick up and drop off for client's appointments. Receive a call from the provider network for future patient appointments.

Dispatchers

are also responsible for keeping records, monitoring driver daily logs for errors or violations and monitoring drivers' working hours and equipment availability.

The ideal candidate must be primarily an excellent communicator and able to remain calm and composed, especially in emergency situations. You must be able to multitask as well as take the appropriate action with little supervision.

Drivers

must be over 22 years . Must have a good driving record with no speeding ticket in the last five years and a clean background record. must appeared groomed and have customer services experience. Familiar in dealing with vulnerable adults and children, we have the knowledge of Personal Care for disabled persons. We offer training both in a class setting and behind the wheel, too.
