Description:
The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen. This role ensures that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized in a timely manner to support smooth kitchen operations.
Requirements:
Wash and sanitize dishes, glasses, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
Operate and maintain dishwashing machines according to safety and sanitation standards.
Keep dishwashing and kitchen areas clean, organized, and free of clutter.
Assist with waste disposal and recycling procedures.
Sweep and mop floors in dish room and kitchen as needed.
Restock clean dishes and utensils to proper stations.
Assist kitchen staff with basic prep tasks when needed.
