About the Role: In this high visibility, high profile role you will lead a team working on our, trusted, flagship product. You will take ownership for technology, development, and leadership to ensure the efficient delivery of our product development goals. You will lead cross-functional teams and squads to build software and contribute to the development of software initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering high-quality software solutions and new product developments to our customers through continuous improvement
  • Providing production support for existing applications to ensure reliability and stability
  • Leading internal and external technology resources and teams to create and maintain a high-performing and collaborative environment
  • Contributing to our technical strategy to help us implement next-generation technology and solutions
  • Ensuring we build and develop software with a solid focus on customer usability
  • Contributing to developing a culture and community of innovation that thrives and creates products that delight our customers


Requirements
  • Have a natural ability to engage, influence and build relationships with stakeholders, teams, and our customers
  • Ability to grow and motivate an exceptional team of Technologists.
  • Have impressive experience in developing web-facing software solutions
  • Demonstrate solid experience in hiring, leading, coaching and mentoring technology teams
  • Have excellent experience of delivering successful technical projects and initiatives in an Agile environment
  • Show experience of working and developing relationships with external development partners and suppliers
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal, communication and presentation skills including communicating complex technical content to a range of audiences
  • Have experience in using an analytical, data-driven approach to identify areas for improvement
  • Demonstrate experience of implementing best practices for building high-quality software
