2. Possess or be eligible to obtain a valid New Mexico Public Education Department (PED) Administrative License (Level 3B).
3. Five years teaching experience in a K-12 setting.
4. Experience in the following areas:
a. School Administration at the school or district level
b. Planning and delivering professional development and teacher support to include proven leadership skills.
c. Experience with technology integration and online education.
