Job Summary:

The main focus of this role is to spearhead strategic partnerships within our marketplace. This role will play a pivotal role in creating a strategic plan to foster and expand the growth of the company which includes marketplace, platform, and expanding partnership network operationally. Collaboration across departments marketing, sales, customer success, and product to align goals, refine and improve internal processes. Deepen our relationship with our partner companies to leverage their customer basis into our own under shared interest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and design the strategic objectives of key partnerships. Provide the strategic plan for expansion of program launch to the executive team and department heads to ensure alignment with the company\xe2\x80\x99s goals.
  • As a crucial part of the team, you will be accountable for improving and developing our existing partnership network and maintaining relationships
  • Create and execute a comprehensive partner program
  • Evaluate and enhance processes for identifying and managing strategic partnerships
  • Working closely with our leadership team, you will play a significant role in achieving our strategic goals through partnership channels
  • External Relations & Partnerships: Build and maintain strategic relationships with external product relationships
  • Collaborate across departments such as marketing, sales, customer success, and product to align goals, refine attribution models, and improve internal processes
  • Fine-tune selling and marketing strategies to optimize partner engagement and product enhancements identified
  • Set clear objectives for partner relationships externally and internally to boost performance
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve results and deepen partner engagement
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration
  • 3-5 years of experience focused on strategic partnerships
  • Real estate operations experience preferred.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to envision and articulate a clear long-term strategy for the company and align all functions toward its achievements
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to promote collaboration and synergy among different departments and functional roles
  • Proven problem-solving skills and a track record of driving partner engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills and relationship-building skills

  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
