About Tech Goes Home: The mission of Tech Goes Home is to empower communities to access and use digital tools to overcome barriers and advance lives. The organization is passionate about digital equity, providing training, technology, and internet access to thousands of people annually across Massachusetts. TGH has experienced significant growth in recent years and is considering further expansion. Partnerships Strategy and Vision:

  • Collaborate with the Chief Program Officer to develop and implement vision, strategy, goals, and metrics for the Partnerships Team, including short- and long-term expansion strategy and deliverables.
  • Enhance organizational excellence by establishing partnership benchmarks, timelines, and resources needed to achieve strategic goals, proactively recommending and driving improvements as necessary; set standards for accountability and measurements of success. (For example: lead the development of a robust waitlist rubric as needed, develop new partnership marketing materials...etc.)
  • Proactively engage in innovating new systems and models for partnership excellence as the organization grows.
  • Participate in the Program Leadership Team to set strategy, enhance team culture, and act as a thought partner.
Partnerships Management
  • Initiate and manage partnership prospecting activities and cultivate relationships through introductory calls, video conferencing, and in-person meetings.
  • Develop relationships to help identify partners that are the best fit for Tech Goes Home to advance organizational objectives and scale work.
  • Build and grow a robust pipeline for new partnerships in TGH expansion areas.
  • Work with colleagues across TGH to update and articulate compelling value propositions for partnering with TGH to develop marketing materials and funding proposals.
  • Create, implement and continuously improve partnership standard operating procedures so that partners are effectively onboarded, and relationships are maintained.
  • Manage TGH \xe2\x80\x9cspecial partnerships\xe2\x80\x9d and collaborate with the program team to ensure partnership success.
  • Provide feedback to partners and/or instructors and assist in resolving issues and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Partnership Operations
  • Collect and present quantitative and qualitative metrics to evaluate the success and impact of partnerships.
  • In collaboration with other TGH staff, develop and, as needed, implement systems to gather partnership feedback and integrate recommendations to improve program quality.
  • Track all partnership deliverables to ensure commitments are being upheld.
  • Participate in quarterly course approvals.
  • Cross organizational collaboration to contribute to the improvement of the Salesforce database records, processes and procedures related to partnerships. Adding and updating SF partnership records in an accurate & timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the communications and development teams to share stories about partners successes/growth.
  • Engage with all new hires across Tech Goes Home as needed to explain how partnerships connects to their role.
  • Hire, train, and supervise members of the partnerships team.
