We're known for our reliable products, friendly service, and strong Southern roots. Now, we're looking for a Marketing Director who can help tell our story, grow our brand, and support our expansion.

Position Overview

The Director of Marketing will be responsible for planning and overseeing marketing efforts across digital and traditional channels, as well as supervising a small but growing marketing team. This is a new role for our company, so overall duties will likely evolve over time.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy

aligned with company goals, with a strong focus on the metal roofing industry.

Oversee all branding, advertising, and promotional activities

, including digital marketing, print collateral, trade shows, and product launches.

Manage website, SEO, and digital campaigns

to generate qualified leads and support the sales team.

Coordinate product marketing efforts

--including spec sheets, brochures, photography, and pricing communications.

Lead social media strategy

to enhance visibility and engagement with contractors, distributors, and industry professionals.

Collaborate with sales and operations

to create marketing materials, campaigns, and programs that support business growth and customer retention.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activity

to identify new opportunities and maintain market leadership.

Manage the marketing budget

, track ROI, and report on campaign performance and effectiveness.

Supervise a small marketing team

, directing and coaching while cultivating personal growth and development.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business with MBA. 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in

building materials, construction, or roofing supply

industries. Proven success in

B2B marketing

, lead generation, and brand development. Strong understanding of

digital marketing tools

(Google Ads, SEO, CRM, email automation, analytics). Excellent

copywriting, project management, and leadership skills.

Experience working closely with

sales and operations

teams in a fast-paced environment
