Description:
We are looking for a highly qualified Director of Legal to oversee the legal aspects of our business
Serve as the primary legal advisor, providing hands-on support across departments
Lead and manage all legal matters, including corporate, commercial, labor, IP, and privacy
Oversee and coordinate with external legal counsel across multiple jurisdictions
Act as a key advisor to the executive team, influencing company strategy and decision-making
Assist in establishing internal governance policies and monitor compliance regularly
Report directly to the CFO, contributing to the company's growth and compliance objectives
What will you do:

• Develop and execute the company's legal strategy in alignment with business goals
• Develop and implement internal policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts with customers, partners and vendors
• Ensure global compliance with data privacy laws and employment regulations
• Manage legal aspects of employment matters across global offices
• Manage the cap table and ESOP tracker

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree with active bar membership
• Minimum of 8 years of legal experience, preferably in the SaaS industry, including drafting channel partner agreements (distribution, resale, MSP, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of commercial law and data privacy regulations
• Experience in corporate law, including cap table and ESOP management, funding rounds, M&As
• Proven ability to manage external legal counsel globally
• Self-starter with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Strong business acumen and ability to align legal strategies with company objectives
• Preferred: dual bar certification in the US and Israel

The ideal candidate must be based in either Boston, MA, or Tampa, FL.
Salary is determined by a combination of factors, including location, level, relevant experience, and skills
