Position Summary:
Chetu is seeking a The Director of Growth (Marketing & Sales) is responsible for driving revenue growth by GTM strategies and impactful marketing initiatives. This role will ensure alignment between sales and marketing functions, focusing on customer acquisition, pipeline development, and market expansion. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring both short-term wins and long-term sustainable growth at sunrise office.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Sales Growth -
Identify new growth areas across industries and horizontal markets.
Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis to inform go-to-market strategy.
Leverage industry analysis and research insights to evaluate new sales opportunities.
Build structured sales playbooks and account penetration plans tailored for mid-market and enterprise accounts.
Develop and implement account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to target key customer segments.
Partner with sales teams to drive predictable pipeline growth and revenue outcomes.
Marketing Growth -
Segment and identify markets based on customer profile and buyer persona analysis.
Review, refine, and align outreach plans with targeted growth goals.
Design demand-generation campaigns to support account-based sales efforts.
Conduct market sizing, forecasting, and projection modeling to guide decision-making.
Track and report progress through measurable KPIs, adjusting campaigns for maximum ROI.
Leverage external research and analysis to shape positioning, campaigns, and content strategy.

Qualifications -
Minimum 5 Years of experience in growth leadership with sales, marketing (preferably in technology or custom software development).
Strong background in account-based marketing (ABM), sales enablement, and pipeline development.
Experience conducting market intelligence and competitor analysis.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast, project, and track growth outcomes.
Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills to influence across functions.
