Job Description

The Culver Hotel is seeking a Director of Finance to join the team at our 46-room reimagined boutique luxury property located in the heart of Culver City. The Director of Finance is responsible for all accounting and financial requirements for the hotel, providing financial support, advice and expertise to the General Manager and hotel team, with the goal of maximizing profit and safeguarding hotel assets. The main responsibilities for this role are managing the accounting records and financial reports, providing effective controls, developing best practices for financial accounting and control procedures, supporting, advising and developing the finance department for the Property. The Director of Finance reports directly to both the General Manager and the Vice President of Finance. Education: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field required Experience: Minimum 7 years of Hotel or Resort Management Finance experience required. Previous controller or Director of Finance experience also required.
