Kennebec Behavioral Health, a comprehensive mental healthcare center in central Maine, is seeking an experienced Director of Facilities Management to join our team! The Director of Facilities Management will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the inspection, maintenance, repair, and improvement of agency equipment, machinery, and real estate. Responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and supervising routine maintenance, repairs, and improvements associated with agency equipment and real estate
• Coordinating facilities-related vendors
• Supervision of the agency\xe2\x80\x99s facilities staff
• Assuring compliance with accreditation standards and state and federal guidelines
• Overseeing property management functions

Candidate requirements include:

• 5 years of experience as a maintenance lead
• Experience managing people and processes
• Competency-based knowledge of BOCA, ADA, NFPA, life safety, and state and local code requirements
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and requirements
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with other staff members, consumers, and contractors
