A Caring Pregnancy Center is looking for a Development Director / Mobile Manager to join our team in our 500 Colorado office. The Development Director/ Mobile Manager is responsible for new donor recruitment, donor engagement, assisting with fundraising, researching foundation leads, scheduling activities for our mobile medical unit, ensuring repairs and inventory for the mobile unit are maintained, and assisting the CEO with community Public Relations events.

This person will act as a liaison between our marketing, grants and administration teams. He/she will be naturally curious, results-driven, and eager to bring our product/services to new markets.

Responsibilities:

• Contact and qualify leads - Prospect new donor/foundation leads by making an initial phone or email/post card contact.
• Manage current accounts \xe2\x80\x93 Stay in close contact with existing donors to ensure open communication between partners, increase brand awareness, educational opportunities, and request referrals. Coordinate in-person meetings and calls between the new donors ACPC exec. team or board
• Coordinate Mobile Unit activities\xe2\x80\x93 Schedule mobile unit for PR days, work with clinic staff to schedule mobile unit service days, secure new parking partners in the community, ensure vehicle maintenance is properly completed, audit MMU logs, keep track of inventory, and identify the issue and make suggestions for future services.

Requirements:

• Committed follower of Christ exhibiting a strong connection within a local church
• Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
• Experience with CRM software
• Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts
