Experience
Five Plus Years
Experience master data management, data quality and data governance.
Demonstrated experience working at global companies that own / process high volumes of master data, and where the quality of data is mission-critical to the proposition.
Experience driving the implementation of enterprise master data strategies and leading resultant organizational change to make it a reality.
Delivered data lifecycle management, data governance, data quality across many types of source systems including EHRs, ERPs, CRMs, HR, etc., and data warehouses, lakes, and analytic tools

Responsibilities: Job Summary
The Director, Business and & Data Intelligence will be responsible for all aspects of defining and advancing data governance and master data management policies and practices at ICP. This role will aid in the defining the strategic direction for data governance; define and oversee data policies, standards, and processes; enable and support governance tools and training; and drive alignment, accountability, and stewardship across the organization. This ideal candidate will possess the thought leadership, facilitation, analysis, and design thinking necessary to develop data standards and architectures. This role will also be responsible for understanding business strategy and cross functional processes to guide data standards and processes across diverse global stakeholders and inform underlying system requirements.

• Defines the roles and responsibilities related to data governance and ensures clear accountability for stewardship of critical master data around major ICP data domains.
  
• Supports the Data Governance Committee and facilitates strategic and operational meetings and agendas to drive decision making. Also creates a data stewardship program and facilitates stewardship activities.
  
• Engages stakeholders across the organization\xe2\x80\x99s business units and operational functions to drive alignment on the data standards. Propose and drive alignment of common data definitions, reference data and data usage practices.
  
• Define and oversee data improvement roadmap, creating a multi-period across data domains aligned to key pain points and business priorities.
  
• Collaborates with business units, operations, and IT to ensure proper application of data governance policies and standards. 10
  
• Develops and maintains artifacts, documentation, SOP\xe2\x80\x99s, and training program to support understanding and training of data standards, data management and control processes.
  
• Develops key performance indicators related to key data processes and data quality to include monitoring and reporting on observed process performance.
