Overview:
This position ensures the smooth operation of assisted living and memory support services. The Program Director oversees compliance, safety, and quality care while leading a dedicated team of professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise clinical and operational activities.
- Implement and monitor compliance standards.
- Lead staff training and mentorship.
- Manage resource allocation and budgets.
- Promote resident safety and engagement.
- Coordinate quality assurance and performance improvement plans.
Qualifications:
- Active RN or LPN license.
- 3+ years of nursing management experience.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
