Assisted Living Director
Full Time | Weekdays
Role Overview:
The Assisted Living Director manages and coordinates all aspects of assisted living and memory care programs. This position is accountable for compliance, quality improvement, staff management, and resident satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee clinical and operational services.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Support staff training and supervision.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment.
- Lead quality assurance and improvement efforts.
- Partner with admissions to support new resident onboarding.
- Promote infection prevention and safety awareness.
- Attend ongoing leadership training sessions.
Requirements:
- RN or LPN license in good standing.
- At least 3 years of leadership in healthcare or long-term care.
- Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of care management software preferred.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
