Resident Wellness Director
Full Time
Position Description:
Oversees the health and wellness programs within assisted living and memory care environments. Leads operational activities, ensures compliance, and supports a resident-centered culture.
Core Functions:
- Coordinate nursing and care services.
- Ensure regulatory and policy adherence.
- Lead staff training and performance management.
- Manage program budgets and resources.
- Conduct safety and quality inspections.
- Foster communication between residents, families, and staff.
Qualifications:
- RN or LPN license required.
- At least 3 years in healthcare management.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
