Monarch is seeking a Director of Asset Management to maximize alignment between MIMG\'s company-wide portfolio of multifamily communities with its overarching strategic, operating, and financial goals. They will enable Monarch growth and overall profitability by supporting and supervising Asset Managers. They will partner with other executive leadership to drive company-wide productivity and effectiveness.

- $215,000 - $235,000 base pay based on experience.

What we need from you:

- 5-7 years of proven experience in Asset Management.
- Bachelor\'s degree with a concentration in business, finance, accounting, and/or real estate.
- Experience overseeing 5,000+ units within a multi-site region.
- Industry accreditations preferred (CCIM, etc.).
- Expert-level technical proficiency, demonstrating a deep understanding and application of financial concepts and analysis, including but not limited to ROI and cash-on-cash yield.
