Director of Admissions, onsite at our South Plainfield, NJ campus,
who will provide leadership in student recruitment, empower campus admission goals, and develop strong internal and external relationships.
Responsibilities for a Director of Admissions
Oversee and develop a team of successful admissions representatives to recruit students to join our programs
Lead and cultivate an environment of teamwork, commitment, and ownership
Provide staff training, development, and mentorship
Direct the team to deliver company goals
Collect, analyze, and use data to improve recruitment efforts
Oversee the planning of events associated with recruitment and information for new and prospective students
Requirements for a Director of Admissions
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience in Management, Sales, Marketing, Business or Military Leadership
Proficiency with current technology
