Admissions & Marketing Director Job Duties & Requirements:


You will be responsble for the internal admission process and also work with the external Business Development person to establish a community marketing plan. Develop and foster multi-agency collaboration in an effort to increase referrals and admissions. Multi-task and work within a fast paced environment in and out of the community. Make sure that resident rooms are ready for admissions and foster the patient experience. Must have good organizational, verbal and communication skills including accuracy and attention to detail Must have ability to relate well with residents, personnel, family members, visitors, physicians, governmental agencies and the general public. 2 years minimum experience working in a long term care setting. Additional duties and requirements assigned by administrator and regional director of business development.
