We are seeking a strategic and operationally-minded Director, Marketing Operations to lead a high-performing team responsible for powering modern marketing and retail media execution at scale. This role will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, process innovation, and platform enablement across marketing and retail media functions at Best Buy.
At the core, the Marketing Operations team strives to be the trusted operational partner that empowers marketing and retail media teams to execute both high-velocity and high-impact campaigns with efficiency, consistency, and confidence. By simplifying workflows, improving tools and training, and fostering strong cross-functional collaboration, you'll accelerate speed to market and fuel innovation across teams.
This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work some days on-site at our Best Buy Corporate Campus in Richfield, Minnesota, and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location.
