Job Description


Our client is the world\xe2\x80\x99s largest natural soda ash mine and production site, offering a secure, reliable, and diverse range of high-quality product choices. Our client mines and processes trona ore and manufactures soda ash that is used in the production of glass, detergents, chemical manufacturing, pulp and paper production, and water treatment. It also produces sodium bicarbonate and other chemical compounds used in common industrial, agricultural, and household applications. Our client operations are in Green River, Wyoming, home of the world\'s largest trona ore deposit, with a corporate office in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Our client is a growth-oriented master limited partnership headquartered in Houston, Texas. Through four divisions: offshore pipeline transportation, sodium minerals and sulfur services, marine transportation and onshore facilities and transportation, we provide an integrated suite of services to refineries, oil producers, and industrial and commercial enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

  • Alignment of Maintenance with the strategic focus of business including EHS, production, cost, quality and reliability
  • Alignment of asset management and reliability with the sales and operating plans of the business
  • Accountable to manage the Maintenance budget, staffing, capital projects and engineering including prioritization of business events and initiatives
  • Develop the maintenance and reliability plan and manage results against the plan
  • Develop and implement changes to improve productivity, and cost improvement, through mastery of the Collective Bargaining Agreement, skill development, processes, and systems, including automation
  • Leadership and direction to the Maintenance teams with focus on growth and development of talent at all levels of the organization
  • Leverage Corporate and site resources to drive culture change, continuous improvement, technology advancement and cost reduction, 3\xe2\x80\x935-year plans and initiatives
  • Site-wide sharing and integration of Maintenance Excellence, best practices, decision-making and results
  • Compliance with all applicable laws and corporate requirements through MI and other Infrastructure programs
Activities
  • Provide leadership and direction to implement EHS, equipment maintenance and reliability standards and best practices and build consistency across the maintenance and reliability functions.
  • Partner with the business areas to balance and prioritize the maintenance and reliability requirements at the facility
  • Communicate with key stakeholders\xe2\x80\x99 maintenance and reliability
performance metrics and strategic initiatives. Bad Actors, RCA\xe2\x80\x99s, to set priorities and resource management.
